Meet our Bass Guitar Teacher:
damien vincent:
Damien’s love for music started from a young age, surrounded by his opera singing Grandmother and Aunty, he was exposed to a variety of musical styles. Learning guitar and bass from amazing mentors growing up, Damien’s passion for sharing and talking music deepened.
Studying a certificate and diploma of jazz at Brisbane’s Jazz Music Institute allowed Damien to refine and develop a greater understanding of his instrument and music which has allowed him to partake in many opportunities as a working session musician for various artists and performing at festivals such as Splendour in the Grass.
Damien’s positive experiences with music education have allowed him to develop a patient and understanding approach, that he tailors to each individual to make the learning process feel fun and exciting, an aspect he believes is crucial for the learning process.
