IT’S OPEN MIC TIME BABY!

The buttery is joining the legends from BEMAC in hosting an all ages, free open mic night! Everyone is invited to jump up and perform music, poetry, dance, whatever your heart desires. Or just come along and soak up the good times with a cuppa tea or vino. 🌈

WHEN: Monday the 28th of Oct

• 6:30PM - Enjoy a panel discussion with some queer artists from culturally diverse backgrounds

• 8PM - Open Mic night begins in the lobby! Snacks and drinks provided

WHERE: QLD multicultural centre 102 Main st kangaroo point

This event kicks off with an inspiring panel discussion with queer artists from culturally diverse backgrounds exploring how they navigate their identities, culture and queerness through their artistic practices. Straight after the panel discussion we head to the lobby for the open mic. The whole thing is free and super inspiring, and a very relaxed, supportive vibe - perfect to test out the stage no matter your experience.
